High Volume Irish Payroll Specialist
A leading business based in Ireland has partnered with Barden to identify a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their close-knit team.
About This Role
* Handle employee wage queries with discretion and accuracy
* Assist in the timely processing of monthly and weekly payroll operations
* Prepare reports, summarise, and collate information for the Payroll Department as required
* Monitor and manage employee requests and queries efficiently
* Perform ad-hoc duties, month-end, and year-end tasks as needed
* Liaise with HR, Finance, Social Welfare, Revenue, and external parties as required by the Payroll Manager
About You
* At least 2-3 years' experience working in payroll, preferably in high volume environments
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Self-motivated, able to manage own workload effectively
* Prior experience working under tight deadlines is highly desirable
