About Your New Employer
Our client is an investment and property management company overseeing a diverse international portfolio of commercial, residential, and development assets. They are a collaborative team, working across a range of sectors.
About Your New Job
You’ll partner closely with senior management to provide accurate financial reporting and strategic insight into a diverse asset portfolio. Your day to day will include:
* Preparing management accounts, VAT and AR returns, budgets, and payment runs.
* Producing financial reports and analysis for directors and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
* Liaising with third-party lenders, managing financing activities and reporting requirements
* Oversee accounting across multiple entities and sectors, ensuring consistency and accuracy
* Supporting international property management and coordination as needed
This is a hands-on job offering exposure to both operational and strategic elements of investment management.
What Skills You Need
* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
* 0–3 years’ post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or investment management.
* Practice trained - Top 20 / Medium sized firm
