We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing daily, weekly, and monthly bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Data Management: Process daily, weekly, and monthly financial data using accounting software.
2. Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit VAT returns and bank reconciliations in accordance with Revenue requirements.
3. Payroll Administration: Input and manage payroll data using Thesaurus or BrightPay, including high-volume payrolls.
4. Client Communication: Liaise with clients in a timely and professional manner to request and clarify information.
5. Team Collaboration: Work with other team members to support accurate year-end financial and payroll reporting.

Requirements:
