The Hotel comprises of 74 guest bedrooms, 11 Luxury Lodges, Corrib Room (catering for meetings, events, and weddings for up to 170 guests), River Restaurant, Palmers Bar and Kitchen, Oak Cellar Bistro, Pullman Restaurant (an original Dining Carriage from the Orient Express), Glo Spa & Wellness, 9 hole Championship Golf Course and a 21 bay driving range.

Responsibilities;
Greeting guests and completing procedures on check in & check out
Processing payments and balancing financial records
Handling guest enquiries & complaints in a professional manner
Delivering excellent customer service to all guests at all times
Answer any queries the guest may have on in house facilities and tourist information.
Update all guest information on the computer system and ensure all documentation is completed, managed and maintained accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with colleagues, management and external stakeholders as required.
Other related ad-hoc administrative tasks where necessary.
Required to work both early and late shifts
