What this role actually looks like
This is not traditional contingency recruitment.
It is about owning a market and turning insight into commercial conversations.
You will:
Map leadership teams and talent pools across defined sectors
Build structured pipelines of high-quality candidates
Engage senior, often off-market talent
Track hiring movements and market signals
Turn Insight into Client Conversations
Use candidate intelligence to open discussions with leadership teams
Work within a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Convert warm market insight into retained or exclusive mandates
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and insight
Contribute to Connexus Market Intelligence
Share hiring insights from your market
Support salary benchmarking and talent mapping work
Contribute to content and thought leadership in your niche
Who this suits
