The organisation is renowned for delivering technically demanding projects across Critical Environments, including Data Centres and Life Sciences. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the appointed Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role suits a results-driven individual with a strong background in construction management and a commitment to excellence in project delivery. Responsibilities Deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations while maintaining strong, professional relationships with design teams and client representatives. Ensure the highest standards of health and safety, quality, and client satisfaction, delivering projects on time, within budget, and snag-free. Report progress accurately and in a timely manner to senior management. Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure all work meets the required specifications and quality benchmarks. Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities in line with contractual and programme requirements. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the management team, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. Manage resources and schedules to meet key project milestones. Collaborate with the project Quantity Surveyor to anticipate and resolve potential issues. Requirements Strong technical knowledge of the construction industry and project delivery. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time with attention to detail and finish. Self-motivated and confident when working under pressure. Effective leadership and team management capabilities. Commercially aware with a good understanding of market activity and competitor trends.
