Role
This is a full-time Carlow based role for a Construction Contracts Manager.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive
Contracts Manager
to oversee and deliver piling and foundation contracts across multiple remote locations nationwide.
The Construction Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing construction contracts from the tendering phase through to negotiating terms, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The role includes coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities also include risk management, budgeting, overseeing contract performance and management reporting.
The successful candidate will have the ability to contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Requirements
Experience: minimum of 5+ years in contract management, including contract review, negotiation, and compliance.
Piling and groundworks would be an advantage.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations, contracts and building processes.
Leadership: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, risk management, and performance oversight working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Computer literacy with Ms Office Suite and Auto Cad would be an advantage.
