Project Leadership Position
About the Role:
The Senior Project Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale projects.
This leadership position involves ensuring timely completion, high-quality results, and effective team collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Programme & Scope Management: Developing and managing project plans that align with site works sequencing and commissioning milestones.
* Client & Stakeholder Interface: Serving as a single point of contact for project-related matters with clients and stakeholders.
* Commercial & Risk Management: Managing project budgets, forecasting resource demand, and tracking actuals versus budget.
* Quality, Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensuring all work meets client specifications, company standards, and site-specific safety standards.
* Leadership & Team Management: Leading a cross-functional project delivery team including Quality Lead, EHS Coordinator, Site Works Supervisor, and Design & Engineering liaison.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Essential: 10+ years of experience in project management of large-scale MEP, data centre, modular, or high-tech industrial builds.
* Desirable: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline, Professional certification (e.g., PMP), Previous experience delivering projects within Microsoft, AWS, or Google data centre frameworks.
