About the Role This is not your typical Sales Development Representative role: we are looking for someone who is excited to both prospect and help build our overarching sales demand strategy.
As an SDR here at Persona, you'll drive our sales growth engine by creating our pipeline generation mechanisms through developing and executing outbound strategies while partnering with Account Executives.
The ideal candidate wants to actively participate in the development of the sales process and the articulation of Persona's value proposition.
What you'll do at PersonaIdentify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets, and conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads for PersonaQualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit with Persona's productsEngage with prospects through effective communication, delivering exceptional service, and build relationships to create interest and generate sales opportunitiesCollaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads for further sales engagementResearch and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offeringsMaintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions and update SalesforceContinuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and professional developmentWhat you'll bring to Persona1-3 years of work experience (sales and/or technology experience is a +), with a track record of top performanceDrive and grit — a strong desire to compete and win, while being a highly collaborative team playerOpenness to internalize feedback, build on prior experience, and demonstrate improvementSuperior verbal and written communication skillsComfort working in ambiguity and adaptable€30,000 - €40,000 a year
