Part-time Financial Controller for a dynamic and long-established architecture practice in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial reporting & monthly management accounts
* Bookkeeping & accounting for all transactions
* Bank reconciliations, payroll, pensions
* Billing & credit control
* Budgets, forecasts & variance analysis
* Cashflow reports
* Supplier invoices & expenses
* Maintain fee income spreadsheet
* HR support: personnel files & basic employment law
* Rent & service charge payments
* Statutory & Tax Liaise with auditors during year-end
* Prepare accounts & reconciliations for audit
* VAT (bi-monthly), PAYE/PRSI (monthly), and other returns
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Accountant
* 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
* Experience with Sage 50 & payroll systems
* Strong admin & organisational skills
