The Role
The overall purpose of this role is to work as part of a multilingual Customer Service team to support different regions focusing on the various Business Units (BUs).
The Responsibilities
1. Provide a high standard of service to all internal and external customers, taking responsibility for all queries and orders received through to resolution.
2. Build strong relationships with the Business Units being supported to deliver excellent service by responding to inbound order and sales support inquiries within SVL and working with the BUs to streamline processes.
3. Deliver a service to our centralized Renewal Sales team by managing all inbound queries related to renewals, clarifying sales policies and procedures.
4. Support the Data Management team to ensure quick turnaround of order and query validation processes, adhering to agreed service levels.
5. Liaise regularly with the Data Management team to ensure all unclean orders are resolved promptly and returned for completion.
6. Proactively review quarterly activities to work directly with Sales, customers, and internal departments to resolve recurring issues and escalations.
7. Achieve objectives and targets set by the Supervisor/Manager.
8. Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley procedures and comply with audit requirements at all times.
9. Perform other administrative tasks as required and participate in project work.
You Have
1. Education up to Leaving Certificate level (or equivalent).
2. Business or relevant third-level qualification is desirable.
3. Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
You Are
1. PC literate.
2. Able to multi-task.
