Lead Kitchen Team Member
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Lead Kitchen Team Member, where you will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained.
* Assist with budgets and ensure that costs are effectively managed.
* Maintain effective communication and relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure the security of the kitchen and storage areas are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Senior/Sous Chef.
* The ability to demonstrate strong people management and leadership capabilities.
* Excellent working knowledge of Food Hygiene, Environmental Health and Safety and HACCP legislation.
* High standards of attention to quality and speed.
* Ability to work under pressure within a team.
