Job Role Overview:
As a key member of the operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless inventory management and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving Deliveries: Accurately log incoming deliveries using computer systems and verify items meet quality standards.
* Allocating Goods: Organize stock onto correct shelves or allocate to personnel based on order types.
* Stock Management: Conduct regular stock counts following a structured plan and accurately enter data into the computer system.
* Quality Assurance: Verify shelf placement matches system records, analyze stock data, and rectify any discrepancies.
* Team Collaboration: Liaise with team members and management regarding customer feedback, stock availability, and outstanding orders.
* Operational Efficiency: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
* Health and Safety: Adhere to site health and safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
* Support and Flexibility: Assist with additional duties as required by the line manager.
