Project Manager | Clonmel | €Fully negotiable depending on skills and experience A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take strategic lead of a major 150-unit residential development in Clonmel with 2nd Phase due to start at the end of the year. The company continues to expand nationally, delivering large-scale residential, education, healthcare, and commercial projects. With a strong pipeline secured for 2026 and beyond, this appointment offers stability, progression, and the opportunity to direct a high-profile development from pre-construction through to final handover. The Role The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the Clonmel project, acting as the primary link between site operations and senior management. This is a high-level leadership position requiring a commercial mindset and technical expertise, leveraging Procore to ensure seamless project management, reporting, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Direct the delivery of a 150-unit residential development from inception to completion. Utilise Procore for project tracking, RFI management, submittals, and real-time site reporting. Manage project financials, budgets, and procurement in collaboration with the commercial team. Liaise with clients, design teams, and local authorities to ensure smooth project flow. Oversee health, safety, and quality management systems across the entire site. Drive the project programme, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Mentor and lead on-site management teams and subcontractors. Experience Required Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. Proficiency in Procore (or similar project management software) is essential. Strong commercial acumen and experience managing multi-million euro budgets. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders. Solid understanding of Irish building regulations and BCAR.
