We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to support the efficient operation of our facilities department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, preparing and tracking budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating maintenance activities. Additionally, they will generate reports on maintenance and project progress, collaborate with other departments to meet their requirements, create and manage purchase orders, procure supplies, process invoices, develop and oversee service level agreements, issue employee access cards, supervise work orders, and maintain all facilities-related documentation.
