Irish Plant Sales import used construction equipment and tools and we are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to sell, market, and general administrative support.
You'll act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and management, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, and consistent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Manage incoming sales enquiries .
Qualify, Sell and ensure customer satisfaction .
Track and update customers on current orders; prepare weekly lead reports for management.
Process daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy.
Marketing & Communications
Coordinate social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Promote new products, offers, and marketing campaigns.
Participate in online presence reviews & SEO improvements.
Attend marketing meetings to support strategy.
Administrative Support
Manage customer delivery services.
Provide general admin support across departments.
Handle machine invoicing.
Delivery Coordination
Coordinate logistics with external partners, including transfers and lodging.
Skills & Requirements
Strong organizational & multitasking skills
Proficiency in Sales and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with social media platforms & basic content scheduling
Excellent written & verbal communication
Ability to coordinate across departments
High attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
2+ years in administrative, sales coordination, or marketing support roles
Experience in industrial, machinery, or construction industries is a plus
Training can be provided once the person has a positive can do attitude with the ability to learn quickly.
