Irish Plant Sales import used construction equipment and tools and we are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to sell, market, and general administrative support. You'll act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and management, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, and consistent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
* Manage incoming sales enquiries .
* Qualify, Sell and ensure customer satisfaction .
* Track and update customers on current orders; prepare weekly lead reports for management.
* Process daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy.
Marketing & Communications
* Coordinate social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
* Promote new products, offers, and marketing campaigns.
* Participate in online presence reviews & SEO improvements.
* Attend marketing meetings to support strategy.
Administrative Support
* Manage customer delivery services.
* Provide general admin support across departments.
* Handle machine invoicing.
Delivery Coordination
* Coordinate logistics with external partners, including transfers and lodging.
Skills & Requirements
* Strong organizational & multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Sales and Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with social media platforms & basic content scheduling
* Excellent written & verbal communication
* Ability to coordinate across departments
* High attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
* 2+ years in administrative, sales coordination, or marketing support roles
* Experience in industrial, machinery, or construction industries is a plus
* Training can be provided once the person has a positive can do attitude with the ability to learn quickly.

Pay: €27,000.00-€58,837.28 per year
