Maintaining core & volume lines availability, they develop range plans with buyers and reforecast in season to adjust forward buy requirements.
* Action on aged stock/slow sellers and markdowns is also key.
This involves working closely with buyers to plan seasonal budgets and monitor stock levels throughout the year.
