Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to oversee the installation of complex facade systems, including curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, and glazing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years in a site management role specifically focused on facades, cladding, or curtain walling systems.
* In-depth knowledge of building envelope performance requirements for air-tightness, thermal bridging, and fire-stopping.
* Certifications in Safe Pass (Manual Handling), CSCS/Managing Safely in Construction are required; leading certificates in specialist access are beneficial.
