Job Title: Document Management Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical individual to support our client in West Dublin with Temporary Document Control & Data Administrator tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing documents, scanning and organizing files, and assisting with data-related and administrative tasks to support reporting and compliance.
* Review and verify the accuracy of physical and digital documents.
* Scan and electronically file documentation according to company standards.
* Maintain and update document control logs and internal tracking systems (where applicable).
* Perform basic data entry and generate simple statistical summaries.
* Support compliance with document retention policies and audits.
* Communicate with involved departments to clarify document content or resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
* High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
* Comfortable using scanning equipment and office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks.
* Basic understanding of data entry and statistics, or willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or data-focused role is an advantage but not essential.
