Facilities Management Leadership Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior facilities professional seeking leadership responsibility. As part of our organisation's asset services directorate, you will be based in Belfast City Centre and enjoy career development along with flexible working arrangements.
The successful candidate will lead the organisation's Facilities management across our property portfolio, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient environments for tenants, staff and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership in procurement, planning contract delivery, service levels and customer satisfaction whilst ensuring high standards of service delivery.

You will build strong internal partnerships support the wider Asset Management Service manage a team focused on Contracts Cleaning Security Grounds Maintenance.The postholder will provide leadership mentorship to staff drive continuous improvement within the department.Key skills required include proven experience managing large budgets controlling costs mentoring staff proficiency in FM software mobile working as well as commitment to continuous improvement.As Head of Facilities Management,you must hold relevant industry memberships have necessary knowledge leading advise.Salary c.&163;67 000 benefits offered.Benefits include generous annual leave hybrid working dedicated wellbeing champions learning opportunities health cash plan.Hybrid remote work arrangement currently three days per week.
