We are looking for a proactive and communicative IT Service & Agile Delivery Coordinator to support delivery, service management, and workflow coordination across IT, automation, production, and quality-related teams.

Responsibilities
* Agile Delivery & Team Coordination
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
* Manage backlogs, workflows, and delivery milestones using Jira or Azure DevOps.
* Improve visibility of project status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
* Translate technical and operational needs into actionable work items.
* Support cross-team coordination with development, support, and operations groups.
* IT Service Management & Continuous Improvement
* Apply ITIL-informed practices to incident, request, change, and problem management.
* Identify bottlenecks and support improvements in service delivery processes.
* Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and knowledge articles to support consistent service quality.
* Help drive digital transformation initiatives and better ways of working across teams.
* Maintain a small improvement backlog and follow through on implementation.
* Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
* Act as a communication bridge between IT, production teams, engineering, quality, and external partners.
* Promote transparency, structured communication, and clear expectations.
* Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and performance trends.
* Support leadership with updates, planning workshops, and cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
* 2–4 years experience in IT delivery, Agile coordination, IT service management, PMO, or technical project roles.
* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, ADO, Confluence).
* Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to organize complex work, drive clarity, and support cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
* Understanding of GMP/GxP, validation, or regulated environments.
* Exposure to ITIL, IT Service Management, or Service Delivery processes.
* Experience collaborating with manufacturing, automation, MES, QA, or engineering teams.
* Certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL Foundation, CAPM/PMP.
* Familiarity with digital systems (MES, LIMS, ERP, QMS) or technical environments.
