The RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced senior Fiduciary professional to join our dynamic and growing transaction management team in Dublin where we focus on serving the structured finance and aviation finance industry. In this role, you will help lead a busy, client‑facing and professionally qualified team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou will have a broad range of responsibilities including:Manage a number of transaction managers and junior administrators to ensure the delivery of high‑quality client services to a wide range of structured finance and aviation finance special purpose vehicle (SPV) clients;Act as lead transaction manager for a more complex portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs;Serve as director to a portfolio of SPVs, being the primary point of contact for all fiduciary and transaction management issues;Demonstrate complex problem‑solving skills, anticipate issues, lead client board meetings and effectively manage a busy portfolio of clients and team members with competing deadlines and deliverables;Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a high quality, responsive and professional service to our clients at all times;Lead and manage the delivery of internal regulatory, operational and ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required;Demonstrate awareness and understanding of legal or regulatory developments and proactively seek to ensure that the team is positioned to address those challenges;Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, while actively contributing to process improvements within the team.Knowledge & ExperienceA minimum of ten years' experience in a relevant legal, financial services or corporate administration role is essential, having already progressed into a management role;Strong academic credentials with a preference for a professional qualification in either the accounting, law or company secretarial profession;Strong inter‑personal skills and excellent people management skills. An ability to manage, develop and motivate both junior and mid‑level team members is a critical skill for this role;Energy, enthusiasm and a proactive and solution‑driven attitude;Understand the intricacies of financial, business and people management;Ability to think on your feet, show attention to detail and be able to plan and organise work effectively;Strong organisational, analytical and decision‑making skills with excellent attention to detail; andA desire to work in a fast‑paced client‑facing environment where delivery of a professional service to both clients and other counterparties is of key importance.We offer excellent progression opportunities along with a competitive remuneration package and benefits including:Discretionary annual bonus scheme25 days annual leaveHybrid Working Policy – 3 days in the office
