About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
* Write and compile project proposals for various construction projects, ensuring all required elements are included and aligned with client needs and tender specifications.
* Tailor proposals to match the requirements and language of each project, addressing specific project criteria.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, estimators, and other departments to gather relevant information for the proposal.
* Research project-specific details, including site conditions, project scope, and client preferences.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to ensure compelling proposal content.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering or Business Administration.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in proposal writing or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of construction practices and industry trends.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
