As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind engaging high-net-worth leads provided by the company. Your primary goal will be to qualify and schedule face-to-face appointments, aiming to secure new clients and assets. This role is highly entrepreneurial, involving extensive calling (excluding cold-calling) and direct consultative selling to close deals. You'll be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service teams who handle client transitions and retention, allowing you to focus solely on selling. You'll report directly to a company director.
Your Qualifications:
* Demonstrated success in individual sales with stock market investors
* Over 5 years of experience selling to high-net-worth individuals
* Proven track record in closing new investor business
* Goal-oriented mindset with a belief that "money is a measure of success"
* Willing to take calculated risks; ready to win some, lose some
* Exceptional closing skills with documented sales achievements
* Optimistic and views failures as opportunities for improvement
* High activity orientation and persistence through setbacks

€100k base + comms for year 1 OTE 220K
