Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead IT Helpdesk teams
- Ensure smooth daily operations and efficient resolutions
- Own relationships with outsourced IT service providers
- Lead IT fit-out of new store openings
- Enhance IT support processes
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in hardware, networks, infrastructure, and applications
- Experience with Windows Server, Cloud-based Administration, and Remote Support & Monitoring
- Proven leadership experience in leading IT teams
- Excellent communication and process-driven skills
