Financial Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll, with experience in preparing monthly management accounts, processing weekly payroll, and managing creditors ledgers.
About the Role:
* Aiding in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Preparation and processing of weekly payroll
* Managing the creditors ledger and ensuring timely payments
* Creating sales invoices and ensuring prompt collections
* Completing and filing all required returns with Revenue, CSO, etc.
* Performing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the fixed asset register
Requirements:
* Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll Packages Experience desirable
* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a fast-paced accounting role
* Proficient in producing monthly accounts and reconciliations
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
