HR Site LeadBandonAbout Your New EmployerA dynamic and forward-thinking company with a strong commitment to employee engagement and development are looking for a HR Site Lead to join the team.About Your New JobLead HR activities at the site level, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.Be a visible presence on-site, engaging with teams, resolving issues, and managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for the site, ensuring a fair and high-performing workplace.Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics.Manage change initiatives, ensuring site-level practices align with group HR policies and legislation.What Skills You NeedDegree or professional qualification in HR (CIPD Level 7/8 preferred).5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior generalist/HRBP/HR Manager capacity.Experience in a manufacturing unionised environment is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.Comfortable being hands-on and highly visible in day-to-day operations, with a practical approach to problem-solving.What's on OfferCompetitive salary of €60,000 - €65,000.Monday to Friday schedule with the flexibility to work 2 days from home once established.Opportunity to work closely with operations and manage a direct report.A role that offers both strategic and practical HR responsibilities, ensuring a varied and engaging work experience.
