Solution Architect, Enterprise - French Speaking
Join us as a French‑Speaking Enterprise Solution Architect at Fivetran. In this role, you will work with customers across all segments, helping them onboard, adopt, and scale Fivetran’s data pipelines while building lasting relationships.
About The Role
Fivetran builds data pipelines that power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. As part of our Professional Services team, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering—designing solutions, installing, configuring, and developing with our platform. You’ll also collaborate across the organization, supporting Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders.
Technologies You’ll Use
Data Sources: Salesforce, Google Ads, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, Kafka, Kinesis, S3, SFTP, etc.
Data Targets: Iceberg, Delta, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery.
Container: Docker/Podman, Kubernetes.
Languages: SQL, Python, Bash or PowerShell (additional languages welcome).
Networking: SSH tunneling, VPNs, Privatelink.
What You’ll Do
Manage customer engagements, ensuring success through implementation, adoption, and expansion.
Deliver solution design following industry and Fivetran best practices while respecting customer requirements.
Collaborate with the Account team to develop and execute product adoption strategies.
Serve as the primary liaison among customers, Product, and Engineering.
Provide value‑added support to Marketing and Customer Support.
Contribute to internal initiatives, such as developing business processes to enhance stakeholder experience.
Skills We’re Looking For
Fluency in French and English.
Proven ability to own and execute customer success and projects.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and organized when working with customers and internal stakeholders.
A dedicated team player who values quality and collaborates for collective success.
Comfortable in deep technical conversations as well as managing customer relationships.
Bonus Skills
Prior experience with Fivetran, dbt, or major cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP) including solution‑architecture accreditations.
Project Management accreditation.
