OverviewWe are looking for a Project Manager within Investor Services Operations who will lead client, strategic and regulatory initiatives within Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting, and Middle Office. This role is critical in helping to shape and drive process and technology change across the group. The role requires excellent organizational and analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required, as much as the ability to regularly assume informal/formal leadership roles within teams. Significant impact in terms of project size and geography by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in the area of specialization. High levels of professionalism are expected since our clients are international investment institutions with a global market presence.What you will doLead, coordinate and successfully implement projects across Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology partners and for/with our clients.Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks.Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis aligns with business goals and confirm project plans meet business needs as described in the project initiation documents.Define and oversee end to end operating model design and implementation, including creating business plan and cost benefit analysis, due diligence, vendor selection, solution reviews and presentations, test planning and oversight, operational readiness and post implementation support.Create effective status reporting dashboard including key metrics.Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation.Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation risk.Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and that approvals for the project are obtained, following best practice governance and internal policies.Act as a trusted partner to Clients and internal business partners.Drive improvement and competitive differentiation by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.What we’ll need from youMin. 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager.Experience of working with asset management clients on a variety of investment fund vehicles.Expertise in project methodologies and tools (Agile).Good understanding of financial markets and digital transformation (Cloud, SAAS, API Integration, Front end Portal integration, big data).Understanding of PMBOK standard and/or PMP certification is advantageous.We offerBy joining Citi Dublin, you will be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (up to 2 days working at home per week), and a competitive base salary (annually reviewed) with additional benefits to support you and your family.Citizenship/diversity statements and accessibility information are provided to ensure an inclusive workplace; Citi is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.Job family: Operations - Core • Job family: Operations Project Management • Time Type: Full timeWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
