Area Manager

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or at least 3 years of management experience. Strong communication, planning, organisational, and analytical skills are also essential. A full, clean driving licence and a motivated, flexible, and results-driven leader with experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are required. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams is also necessary.
Beyond the responsibilities of leading a district, this role requires a genuine interest in building a long-term career in retail. As a key member of the leadership team, the Area Manager will contribute to the company's growth and success by developing and executing annual business plans and staffing strategies.
