We are hiring on behalf of our client for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join a prestigious hospitality property in Dublin. This is a great opportunity for an organised individual who thrives in a guest-facing role and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
* Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest queries efficiently.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries professionally.
* Maintain accurate records and update the booking system as required.
* Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
* Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
* Comply with health, safety, and security procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Assistant, preferably in a hospitality environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems (training can be provided).
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland (valid work permit, if required).
