Lead Regional Market Development
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive regional market development efforts in the Vascular Division.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing regional marketing plans that accelerate market adoption and drive customer awareness of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement regional marketing strategies.
* Work cross-functionally to develop campaigns, content, and execute internal and external meetings.
* Engage with regional customers and subject matter experts to understand customer demands and refine regional messaging and plans.
* Maintain an understanding of market trends and competitor activities, converting knowledge into actionable marketing plans and tactics.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, and 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or product strategy in the medical device industry. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, analytical, project management, and planning skills, as well as strong strategic business skills and leadership abilities.
