They are currently delivering a large-scale residential development, and due to continued growth, are looking to appoint an experienced Civils Foreman to join their team. Role overview Youll be responsible for day-to-day supervision of civils works on a major residential development. This includes roads, drainage, utilities, foundations, and general siteworks. Key responsibilities: Managing direct labour and subcontractors on all civils aspects of the project Overseeing drainage, road construction, ducting, and services installation Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to programme Coordinating with engineers and site teams to maintain high standards Organising plant, materials, and labour effectively Maintaining site records and reporting on progress What you'll need 5+ years experience as a Civils Foreman on residential or civils projects Solid knowledge of groundworks, utilities, concrete, and road construction Confident managing site crews and coordinating with engineers/site management Safe Pass, manual handling & relevant H&S tickets (e.g. CSCS) Full driving licence Whats on offer €70,000 €80,000 salary (depending on experience) Long-term, local work on major residential development Career progression with a highly respected civils contractor Supportive project and company structure Projects with a focus on quality, safety, and delivery Send your CV to apply, or contact Jack Owens for a confidential discussion on the role.
