Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a high-growth global agency on their search for a Global Head of Finance based in Dublin City Centre (hybrid).
This is a unique opportunity to step into a transformative leadership role in a fast-growing international business. You will shape the finance infrastructure, influence high-level strategic decisions, and be a key driver of the company’s next stage of global growth alongside the SLT team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly to the Board and Owners, the Global CFO will lead the global finance function
* Design and implement consolidated finance systems and processes across all countries (currently operating with local systems).
* Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting at a global level.
* Provide strategic financial advice to guide investment, expansion, and operational decisions.
* Manage banking relationships, oversee cash flow, and identify growth opportunities.
* Partner with stakeholders to deliver against our global growth targets.
* Develop and implement global finance consolidation processes and systems.
* Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed finance team (USA, EMEA, UK, APAC and ME)
* Deliver clear, insightful financial analysis to inform decision-making.
* Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax advisors
* Drive efficiency, scalability, and compliance in the finance function
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in an international, multi-country setting is essential (USA, APAC, Middle East experience will be particularly advantageous)
* Strong track record in financial consolidation and systems implementation
* Commercial mindset with strategic advisory skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities with senior stakeholders and board level
* Experience managing teams across multiple geographies will be advantageous
* Willingness to travel internationally depending on business needs (weekly to Dublin if UK-based).
* Previous experience in a similar field or industry will be advantageous, but not essential
* Additional languages will be beneficial, but not essential
