Responsibilities
Main duties:
Manage and supervise field crews and office operations to ensure project success, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.
The role:
– Supervise and coordinate field crews including technicians, painters, foremen, and site leads
– Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
– Maintain project schedules, inventories, and documentation
– Provide clients with regular updates and progress reports
– Oversee specialized tasks such as confined space entry and equipment inspections
– Manage office functions including documentation, logistics, and personnel records
– Support hiring, onboarding, crew development, and HR compliance
– Act as liaison between field teams and management to ensure smooth communication
Candidate's Profile
– Proven leadership experience in field services, industrial settings or construction
– Excellent organisational and time management skills
– Strong verbal and written communication abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gantt charts, and digital scheduling tools
– Certifications including General Industry Safety Training, First Aid & CPR, Confined Space, Scaffolding, Swing Stage,
valid Driver’s License, TWIC Card, and Federal Background Check
– Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
– Commitment to clear planning, respectful communication, and client-focused service
Base salary between €60,000 and €80,000 per annum
Bonus incentives based on project deliverables and financial performance
