Financial Regulation Coordinator
This role plays a pivotal support position for senior executives in a dynamic department.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and financially focused. They must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through case management systems and other means.
* Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, typing, and transcription services.
* Develop and maintain spreadsheets, files, and other documentation as required.
* Support financial regulation executives with tasks related to reporting and accountants' reports.
* Respond to inquiries and draft professional correspondence.
* Prepare relevant documents for regulatory committee meetings.
* Organize events and meetings both in-person and virtually.
