Responsibilities
include overseeing regulatory engagements, managing Cyber Defence inspections, and assessing the impact of regulations on the function and the Bank.
Key accountabilities;
1. Lead and manage Cyber Defence projects, ensuring they arepleted on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with Technology and Data teams to support project objectives.
2. Oversee regulatory engagements related to Cyber Defence, ensuringpliance with relevant regulations and standards including but not limited to TLPT/ TIBER.
3. Assess the impact of regulations on the Cyber Defence function and the Bank, providing insights and rmendations to mitigate risks and ensurepliance.
4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effectivemunication and coordination on Cyber Defence initiatives.
5. Demonstrating a good understanding of technology & data processes such as IT Service Management, Technology Delivery Lifecycle, Data Quality, Storage and Retention and be confident to assess these processes from a first line risk perspective
6. Monitor and manage risks associated with Cyber Defence projects and activities, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate potential threats.
7. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key partners across Technology & Data, acting as a trusted adviser and SME, to support stakeholders in their management of technology risks.
8. Coordinating the assessment of new regulatory testing, simulations, and corporate requirements that impact the Technology function
What you Will Bring ;
9. 5 plus years of IT experience, with experience in project management particularly in the cybersecurity domain.
10. Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and managingpliance with cybersecurity regulations such as DORA, NIST & NYDFS.
11. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of IT risk management approaches and/or frameworks, with experience of risk analysis in an IT environment.
12. Proven experience and ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders and tomunicate to a non-technical audience.
13. Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including technology and data teams, to ensure effectivemunication and coordination on cybersecurity initiatives.
