Digital Transformation Lead/ Tech Advisor Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate drive the end-to-end digital innovation across R&D, laboratory, and product development functions. This is a pivotal role enhancing digital capabilities in a fast-paced cosmetics and consumer goods environment.
What’s involved:
* Lead digital transformation initiatives across R&D, innovation, and laboratory operations
* Collaborate with technical teams and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions
* Advise on digital strategy, emerging technologies, and best practices within the cosmetics industry
* Translate business needs into digital roadmaps and executable plans
* Champion change management across cross-functional teams
What you need:
* 10-15 years/ experience in digital transformation
* Experience within the cosmetics or consumer goods sector essential
* Strong understanding of R&D and product innovation processes
* Hands-on experience with laboratory transformation
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical advisory skills
What’s on offer:
* 1-2 days per week on site
