- The Limerick Strand Hotel is a muti-award winning 4*property located in the heart of the city. We are looking for a proactive and passionate Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction and support our front of house teams.
About the Role
-Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts
* Act as the main point of contact for guests and the team
* Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
* Handle guest complaints, issues and special requests
* Support and coordinate with departments (e.g. Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B)
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and safety regulations
* Complete shift reports and handovers effectively
* Respond to emergencies and manage incident resolution
