A leading Irish Contractor is currently recruiting for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to oversee projects in the Dublin region Having recently won a number of large projects throughout Dublin, the company has established itself as a leading Main contractor with turnover in excess of €200m. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to report to the board. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects in areas such as Commercial, residential, Education, mixed-use, retail and healthcare. You will be a results driven QS with Demonstrable experience managing staff and projects for an Irish / UK Main contractor and will have strong contractual awareness.
