Job Description
As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, facilitating, implementing, and optimizing the site training system. You will work closely with various stakeholders to assess and prioritize training needs in line with the site's strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in L&D within a Biopharma manufacturing environment. A degree qualification in Science/Quality/Technical/HR is required, as well as proven records of accomplishments in working in a Pharma/Biopharma company or related industry.
1. Designing customized training plans for new and existing employees;
2. LMS System admin/super user: Leading day-to-day operations of the learning management system;
3. Providing guidance on design and evaluation of training programs;
