This is a customer-facing role to acquire new business.
The ideal candidate would be driven, have experience in a B2 B field sales role and thrive on finding and winning new clients.
Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition across Leinster.
Identify, research, and engage prospective B2 B customers in target industries.
Build and manage your pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Deliver impactful presentations and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Close high-value rental agreements through consultative, solution-based selling.
Use Salesforce CRM to manage prospects, activity, and reporting.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider sales team to meet growth targets.
Skills and qualifications Proven track record in core B2 B field sales - ideally within industrial services, workwear, or related sectors.
Sales mentality - self-motivated, target-driven, and relentless in pursuit of new opportunities.
Experience in a customer-facing, consultative sales role.
Ability to analyse market trends, identify gaps, and develop entry strategies.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
