We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Accommodation Porter to join our Accommodation Team. You'll play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our accommodation services, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all guests/residents.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the moving and setup of furniture and equipment in rooms and communal areasMaintain cleanliness and tidiness of accommodation areas, including hallways and storage spacesDeliver linens, toiletries, and other supplies to rooms as requiredSupport housekeeping and maintenance teams with logistical tasksRespond promptly to guest/resident requests or incidentsEnsure safety standards and company policies are followed at all timesReport any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departmentAbout You:Physically fit and able to lift and move furniture and equipmentReliable, punctual, and well-organizedFriendly and approachable with good communication skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essentialFlexibility to cover weekends as requiredIf you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
