We are seeking dedicated Social Care Workers who are passionate about person-centred practice, promoting independence, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the residential service.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant discipline
2. Strong understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
3. Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding young people in care
4. Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
5. Understanding of Children First guidelines and regulations
6. Full, clean manual driving license
