Sponsorship is not available for this role.OverviewA leading organisation within Ireland's financial services regulatory sector is embarking on a multi-year ERP Transformation Programme to modernise and reshape its Finance, HR and wider Operations functions.An experienced Change Manager – ERP Transformation is required to lead and coordinate all Change Management and Communications activities across the programme. This role will play a critical part in positioning, embedding and sustaining large-scale organisational and technology change.This is a predominantly onsite role based in Dublin (North Wall Quay and Sandyford as required). While limited remote working may be permitted at times, this is at the organisation's discretion and there is no entitlement to remote work. Standard hours are 09:00–17:30.Role PurposeThe Change Manager will manage, coordinate, monitor and report on all Change Management and Communications activities across the ERP Transformation Programme. The successful candidate will ensure structured, people-centred change practices are embedded to maximise adoption, minimise resistance and deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive Change Management Strategy aligned to the ERP Transformation Programme objectives.Design, implement and deliver an effective, enterprise-wide Communications Plan.Drive a culture of transparency, collaboration and new ways of working across impacted functions.Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholder groups across the programme and wider organisation.Provide structured monitoring, reporting and governance of change and communications activities.Support continuous improvement and promote best practice in organisational change and communications.Develop and articulate business cases and investment rationales relating to change initiatives.Mobilise cross-functional support and influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.Shape requirements for additional consultancy or transformation partner support where required.Coordinate and monitor delivery of complex change spanning technology, process, operating models and people dimensions.Support development and implementation of new operating frameworks and associated people change impacts.Operate effectively within a Public Procurement policy environment.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 7+ years' experience in organisational or business change management.Proven track record supporting and delivering large-scale IT transformation programmes (ERP experience highly desirable).Experience managing change impacting people, behaviours, operating models, structures and processes.Degree in IT, Organisational Change, Communications or related discipline.Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent).Recognised Change Management qualification (e.g. Prosci, APMG or equivalent).Strong background in people-centred change and cultural transformation.Demonstrated expertise in designing and leading change and communications strategies.Experience working with Government Agencies, State Authorities and external vendors is desirable.Experience working in regulated or public sector environments is advantageous.Highly proficient in MS Office Suite including MS Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint.Key CompetenciesExceptional communication and presentation skills.Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability.Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments.Trusted advisor and collaborative partner.Proactive, self-starting and delivery-focused.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Passionate advocate for people-focused transformation.
