The role can be based across Vertiv Ireland, UK, Italy, Romania or Netherlands offices. As a key team player, your responsibilities include:Forge Collaborative Relationships: Build robust connections with key stakeholders and hiring managers, elevating the visibility of our Recruitment Team through proactive engagement. Strategic Direction: Craft and implement strategic recruitment directions alongside our team, shaping the future of talent acquisition at Vertiv. Lead the Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing Recruitment Team across the region. Set clear goals, provide regular coaching and feedback, and foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Champion best practices, ensure workload balance, and drive operational excellence through consistent performance reviews and team development initiatives. Innovative Solutions: Develop and deliver cutting-edge presentations, offering insight into market trends, specialist recruitment strategies, and forecasting. Streamlined Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed recruitment plans, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy. Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights. Creative Sourcing: Implement creative solutions to source top-tier candidates, fostering relationships with recruitment suppliers and driving candidate generation. Exceptional Support: Offer candidates and managers comprehensive CV and interview feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to project work, refining recruitment processes, and delivering impactful training sessions within the team.What makes you successful? Resilience and Drive: A resilient, flexible attitude coupled with an achievement orientation, driving activities to successful conclusions.Preferred Experience:On-Site Proficiency: Experience in on-site environments or familiarity with on-site interview demands. Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing complex accounts and client situations, including competency-based interviewing.
