About the Role
Join our Ready-to-Wear store in Dublin, with a team of 3 people. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Responsibilities
* Contribute to achieving sales targets by delivering a personalized customer experience and building strong client relationships.
* Take part in business challenges, analyze performance indicators and help implement action plans.
* Support store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness and stock management.
* Be involved in back-office and administrative tasks in collaboration with Head Office, using our digital tools.
* Support the training and development of the team while sharing the brand's values, DNA and product knowledge.
* Help foster team spirit, transparency and ambition, supporting one another to grow together.
Qualifications
You have a first successful experience in the Fashion world.
