Design Manager – Longford An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Design Manager to lead a dynamic in-house design team with one of Ireland's leading timber frame and roof structure manufacturers.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong management and leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, while coordinating closely with production, estimating, and site teams to deliver efficient, high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Manage design programmes in line with client agreements.
Oversee technical aspects of projects and support tender processes.
Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams to deliver high-quality projects.
Requirements: Minimum 7 Years Experience in a Design role in the Timber Frame, Modular Design, or Residential Sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven.
