We are currently seeking a Night Porter to join the team at Charleville Park Hotel.
The Role: The Night Porter will be needed to work generally between 11.00 pm until 7.30am. These hours can vary and depend ultimately on the needs of the business. The Night Porter will be responsible for the safety, security, and cleanliness of the hotel during the night.
The Person: The ideal candidate will be flexible have experience in working in hospitality. The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team. A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities include:m.
* To ensure that you are aware of any events or special requirements for the night.
* Receive and register guests on late arrival in line with Company check-in procedures.
* Provide an excellent service to your customers in the politest possible way by having good hospitality standards (smile and greet customers appropriately, show interest, offer assistance, and respond to customer needs and comfort.
* Answer telephone calls promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
* Carry out security and safety checks throughout the building during the night to ensure that all areas are secure and safe.
* Ensuring that a consistent level of service is offered to customers throughout the night
* Set up & break down of conference rooms/meeting rooms
