Business Development Executive
Our client, Curious Group is a long-established bespoke brand development company who work with key clients across the globe delivering exceptional top tier merchandise and promotional products. With this development they have established in Limerick and are working with key clients across Ireland and the EU from here. This is an opportunity to join an innovative company in a scale up of operations at an exciting time within their development.
In this role, you will proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers to understand and meet their service needs
also ensuring that these relationships are built and maintained with all relevant stakeholders.
Working with an established team across the business, you will report into the Managing Director who is based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate documentation and management of customer and contact data in CRM systems.
·
Generate new sales opportunities beyond the existing customer base by actively prospecting and managing leads through RFQs and tender portals.
·
Follow up leads and appointments through networking and proactive prospecting as well as using company marketing resources.
·
Own the full sales pipeline, including leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts, to achieve sales budget and pricing targets.
·
Manage pricing activities using approved tendering tools, optimizing prices and discounts within agreed authority levels.
·
Execute individual sales plans and provide timely, accurate reporting to support performance tracking and business objectives.
·
Managing and resolving referrers complaints in line with company guidelines and policy.
·
Oversee your designated territory, ensuring the target audience is efficiently reached at the specified frequency.
·
Prepare and review reports of the main activities on your territory, including details of your activities as required.
Key Requirements
* At least 3 years sales experience
* Proven experience in winning new clients and contracts
* CRM experience is desirable
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
* Full clean driving license
